Returns for Veloura organizers

We want you to feel at ease with your Veloura organizer. If it is not the right fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return

How to Return

1. Contact us with your order number
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label
3. Ship the item back to us
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
